When you enroll in our support program, your Care Coordinator can provide personalized financial assistance options based on your insurance type, even if you have no insurance or your insurance doesn’t cover the full cost. We’ll also work with your healthcare provider to navigate insurance and help you start treatment as soon as possible.

There are several options you may qualify for, depending on the type of insurance coverage you have. If you have commercial insurance that covers your medication with a co-pay or co-insurance, you're eligible to get your prescription for $0, no matter what your income is.*

Most patients who have government insurance, like Medicare or Medicaid, can qualify to receive their prescription for less than $10.

If your insurance doesn't cover the cost of your medication, or if you don't have insurance, you may be able to get your prescription for $0 through the Acadia Connect® Patient Assistance Program. Your Care Coordinator can check to see if you qualify based on your income and other eligibility requirements.

We can help navigate the prior authorization process, which your insurance company may require to cover the cost of your medication. We can also help you to identify additional support for out-of-pocket costs such as your co-pay.

If you are enrolled in Acadia Connect and your insurance coverage changes, contact your Care Coordinator right away. Having different insurance might impact the amount of your prescription that's covered each month. With your current or new insurance, you may have options to help cover prescription costs.
