When starting a new medicine, help can take many forms. The support you need one day may be completely different the next. It changes, just as you do. So, the Acadia Connect promise is simple: be there.
You will be paired with a Care Coordinator, a dedicated contact who gets to know your unique situation and can offer you guidance on insurance coverage, financial resources, and prescription support.

FIND HELP WITH:
It’s helpful to have your or your loved one’s basic information on hand including: personal ID, insurance card or personal Medicaid information, and prescription card.
Your healthcare provider may enroll you in Acadia Connect during your office visit.
