You can get in touch with your Nurse Care Coordinator or Family Access Manager by calling Acadia Connect at 1-844-737-2223, Monday–Friday, 8 am to 8 pm ET.
Your Nurse Care Coordinator works with your doctor’s staff to help your loved one obtain DAYBUE coverage and provides information on appropriate financial assistance options, if needed and your loved one is eligible.
Eligible patients with commercial insurance may pay as little as $0 per month for DAYBUE after being automatically enrolled in the Acadia Connect® Copay Program.* If you do not have insurance or DAYBUE is not covered by your insurance plan, we can provide appropriate financial assistance options, such as the Acadia Connect® Patient Assistance Program.
*Terms, conditions, and program maximums apply. This program is not open to patients receiving prescription reimbursement under any federal, state, or government-funded healthcare program. Not valid where prohibited by law.
If your loved one is enrolled in Acadia Connect and their insurance or address changes, it is important to contact your Nurse Care Coordinator right away. They will help you understand your loved one's new coverage for DAYBUE, educate you on appropriate financial assistance options, and ensure DAYBUE is delivered to the correct address.
